About Me

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in both California and Pennsylvania. I hold a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in counseling psychology. Additionally I have completed two years of post graduate training in psychodynamic therapy.

My style is warm, empathetic and grounded in trauma informed and relational frameworks. I take an in depth approach to therapy in which we will explore your emotions and understand patterns that may arise within yourself and interpersonally.
I believe in the importance of our therapeutic relationship as part of the healing. Collaboration is key to creating the conditions that can facilitate healing and growth. I truly enjoy getting to know each person I work with and developing a deeper sense of who they are and what they’re looking for.
Reasons for seeking therapy with me may include (but are not limited to): anxiety, depression, life transitions, sexuality and gender, identity exploration and relationship difficulties.
